Buyers have precisely 60 days starting from the order arrival date to open a refund application. To be eligible for capital recovery, the unit must be in perfect mechanical condition and enclosed within its original product packaging box.

Our team will provide a unique Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) tracking identifier and respective shipping instructions. Products sent back to our center without an authorized RMA code cannot be accepted by our logistics department.
As soon as our tracking warehouse reviews the returned device, we will dispatch an confirmation note. Approved reimbursements are issued back to your original payment method. Please note that payment processors usually take 5 to 10 working days to update the funds on your account.
The buyer takes full accountability for all postage costs needed to transport the physical unit back to us. Any standard processing fees applied during the checkout sequence are entirely non-refundable.
